I didn’t appreciate that I was told I wasn’t welcome to use the facilities or have lunch at the pool after my spa service.
This was my second massage here and both times were sub par. Massage therapist told me she could only do very light pressure unless I paid more.

I understand there may have been confusion about the massage pressure and the availability of deep tissue as a paid upgrade. Deep tissue massage is indeed available at an extra charge, and our therapists are skilled at adapting techniques to suit each guest's preferences. We would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss these concerns in person.
