As a new patient at this office, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Unlike many dentist offices that can feel impersonal, I felt immediately welcomed upon entering Dr. Kaggen’s office. The dental hygienists, Jennifer and Jenny, were both comforting and informative, explaining each step of the process and addressing any questions I had. Dr. Kaggen was also very pleasant. Overall, my visit exceeded my expectations, and I’m glad to have found a great office.
